It is quite awhile I posted in this blog, wow, miss you blog. Congratulation to me, I have worked as a Program Advisor at UoPeople for some months now and it is real good working. Great to assist students at front ends and backends. What are the lessons learned in life of an online learner? There is something to learn everyday at work sphere and in the online study platform. It is actually different from one individual to another. What you are learning is different from what I am learning and that is what makes it comparable or better than the traditional classroom. What you gain from your online studies is what you demand and reach for, the extra study to know beyond what is taught. This would not be the duty of a course instructor, it is primarily my responsibility, because when I become a better person it is not my course instructor that gets the primary accolade, it is actually the student. So we need to look at the student community closely and ensure that as a student I am learning and actually growing.
